OUR POLICY

- Please note that items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
-We will not be responsible for items lost through postage.
-We will ensure that the items are in good condition before postage.
- For registered mail, the postage fee will be $6.00.
- You may note that there is no shipping fee and handling fee to be included.
- We only allow payment via bank transfer from UOB and POSB.
- Please make payment within 2 days after making an order and email us a copy of the reference number, if not, orders will be cancelled.
- Upon receiving the payment and the reference number, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.
-Strictly no changing or cancellation of orders after confirmation of order.
